This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the evolution and current status of digital inclusion and accessibility in the educational field. Through a bibliometric analysis, the main trends, influential authors, relevant sources and collaboration patterns in research on this topic between 2000 and 2024 are identified. The study reveals that digital inclusion has advanced significantly, but still faces technological, economic and social barriers that limit its effective implementation, especially in inclusive educational contexts. The results suggest that, although there has been a significant increase in publications on digital inclusion, challenges persist that must be addressed to achieve true equity in access to education. It concludes by highlighting the need for greater international collaboration, the development of inclusive educational technologies and the implementation of public policies that support digital accessibility.
