Complaints and Appeals Policy
Estudios λambda. Teoría y práctica de la didáctica en lengua y literatura has presented in other sections the rules of good editorial practice for both our authors, editors and peer reviewers. In the event that controversies arise between the aforementioned actors, the magazine has the necessary channels to present the complaints and appeals involved in the editorial processes.
In case of any complaint from our readers, they should send it to the Editor of the magazine by email estudioslambda@unison.mx. The letter must be duly argued and justified. The Editor of the magazine will examine the origin of the magazine, and if he has the elements, he will give an answer and a solution to it. If the case warrants it, the legal processes of the Editorial Board of the University of Sonora, COPE and the Federal Copyright Law of Mexico will be followed.
