Biannual journal of a scientific-reflective nature, peer-reviewed, open and free access, with an emphasis on innovation and research related to the teaching of language and literature, discourse analysis, cultural studies, literary studies, literary theory and of interdisciplinary research, as well as comprehension and production of texts in L1 and L2.
Guidelines for Authors and Editorial Process
Rules for authors
The internal Editorial Committee reserves the right to return to the authors articles that do not comply with the editorial standards specified here. Once the work has been accepted for publication, the reviewers and / or the Editorial Committee will make observations that the author (s) must attend within a specified period. Modifications should be subject only to what is indicated by the reviewers and / or the Editorial Committee. If the author takes more time granted by the Editorial Committee or does not make the modifications, the article will not be published.
For a collaboration to go to preliminary evaluation, the document must meet the following conditions:
- The collaboration must be original.
- The manuscript corresponds to a previously unpublished study.
- The manuscript will not be submitted to any other journal or medium simultaneously or before knowing the result of the opinion of the Internal Editorial Committee.
- The document is structured in three parts: preliminary section, body of work and reference section.
Editorial process
- For its opinion, an original will be sent in electronic format in a word processor indicating the program and the version (preferably Word version 6 or higher). The work should be sent preferably through the page of the magazine, prior registration. Upon receipt of the proposed work, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent.
- The works must be original, unpublished and not be simultaneously subjected to a process of opinion by another magazine or publication medium.
- Under no circumstances are documents accepted where the existence of plagiarism can be demonstrated. If the document is published, it will be removed from the website of the Journal and from the international indexes.
- The Internal Editorial Committee reviews whether the formal criteria required by this journal are met.
- The Internal Editorial Committee will confirm the use of the references and the presence of the citations.
- According to the theme of each article, the members of the International Editorial Committee are selected and invited through the peer review system, which implies that neither the person interested in publishing nor the reviewers know each other.
- Once ruled and accepted, and if necessary, the document is returned to the author (s) to make the recommended changes. A period of ten business days will be given for the author to return the text with the requested modifications.
- Once the requested modifications have been made, the Internal Editorial Committee verifies that they have been made.
- Once verified and approved, it is sent to edition.
- The Internal Editorial Committee will approve its publication on an established date.
- The Magazine Estudios λambda. Teoría y práctica de la didáctica en lengua y literatura, will send the document formatted in PDF to the author once the editing process is completed. This in order that the article or essay is to your satisfaction.
